Arizona Health Survey - one of the most extensive health surveys ever undertaken in the state - was completed with participation from over 4,000 households and includes more than 100 interrelated facets of health.

By deepening understanding of health and well-being, the survey creates new opportunities for health leaders to use Arizona-specific data in research, policy, advocacy, planning, grants, community engagement and program development activities.
