Setting Goals
Goal setting is an important tool in creating change. But goals don’t all look the same; there are different types of goals that lead to different types of action and different types of change. Come learn about, and experience, a flexible action planning tool that you can use one-on-one, with groups, or with organizations to quickly brainstorm ideas that will help you reach your goals. This action-planning tool has been designed to help people access their whole brain and will increase effectiveness and creativity in brainstorming, goal setting, and action planning processes.

Our presenters are Wholonomy Consulting Senior Partners Cassandra O’Neill MA, and Sarah Griffiths MA. They work to support change at the individual, organizational and systems levels. They love building capacity through learning, growth and change processes. Understanding how different types of goals and action planning methods can leverage community impact is critical to their work. You can reach them at cassandraoneill@comcast.net, slmgriffiths@hotmail.com, or www.wholonomyconsulting.com.
